Rare: Red, cool to warm center; internal temperature 120F.

Medium Rare: Red, warm center; internal temperature 126F.

Medium: Hot, pink center; internal temperature 135F.

Medium Well: Slight color, cooked throughout; internal temperature 145F.

Well Done: The meat is gray-brown throughout; internal temperature 160F.
