Schedule of operation: Golf Shop Open: March 1st through November 30th. Tuesday through Sunday: March, April, October and November 8:30 until posted.
May through September 7:30 until 8:00 pm.
Golf shop is closed on Monday's. Course availability: Opens March 1st and is available through November. The course is open Tuesday through Sunday during March, April, October and November at 9:00 a.m. until dusk. May through September: 8:00 am weekdays and 7:30 weekends until dusk.
Monday's: May through September 12:00 noon. Bag room, range and carts will be available while the golf shop will remain closed unless an outside event is planned.

Saturday morning play is reserved for men until 10:00 a.m. Open play begins after 10:00 am on #1 tee.
Tee Times:
Full members may make tee times for themselves no more than 7 days in advance. Introductory members may make tee times no more than 2 days in advance.
Tee times may be made by phone or in person at the golf shop.
Rules of Play:
All play must start on #1 tee after registration unless approval has been given specifically by the golf shop.
Speed of play: Groups playing slower than others around them should let the faster groups go through. If you are playing unusually fast, please give the slower groups a reasonable time to let you through. Pace of play should be 2 hours, 5 minutes per nine or quicker.
No group may consist of more than 4 players without the specific approval of the golf shop staff.
Holes should be played in consecutive order to not disrupt other players.
The ball is to be played as it lies with the exception of when carts are restricted to the paths or an exception is posted at the golf shop.
Practice facility:
Our practice facility is for the use of our members and their playing guests. Non playing guests when accompanied by a member may use the range for a $7 fee.
The practice range is closed on Sunday late afternoons to prepare for mowing crews.
Dress Code:
Golf course and practice facility:
Men: Collared, mock or turtleneck shirts along with traditional shorts and slacks.
Ladies: Collared, round neck, mock or turtleneck shirts (with or without sleeves) along with skirts, shorts or slacks.
Men and women's short length should be no more than 4" above the knee.
Blue denim is not acceptable.
It is your responsibility to make your guests aware of our policy.
Cart operations:
The carts may be driven anywhere there is not standing water or lines, ropes and cart signs that direct your traffic. Please keep carts at a minimum 30 feet from tees and greens. Cart paths should be used around tees and greens to maintain the quality of the turf.
Cart path only sign: When the signage is at the first and tenth tee, carts must stay on the paths at all times. No carts should be in the rough or crossing fairways, except on #15 where the crossover is established.
Cart Fees:
Standard fees: $16.50 per rider for 18 holes.
$9.50 per rider for 9 holes.
Family/Single $12.50 per rider for 18 holes.
Members: $7.50 per rider for 9 holes.
Rental push carts: $4 per day.
Push cart storage: $18 per month.
Electric cart storage: $32 per month.
Cart Liability:
All operators must have a valid driver's license. (Insurance Liability)
Operators are liable for any damage during use (unless mechanical malfunction).
All riders must be in the seat area of the golf cart.
Guest Fees: Standard guest fees from May 1 through September 30th are $42 per 18 holes and $22 for nine holes.
Off season guest fees are $25 per 18 holes and $13.00 for nine holes.
Immediate family (parents, grandparents, children, brothers, sisters and in-laws of the member) are $25 when accompanied by the member.
Junior's (high school and under) are $20 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes.
Unaccompanied guests (those called in by a member or extended an invitation due to membership at another private club) will be charged $50 per 18 holes. Prior tee time approval must be made with the golf shop!
Guest Rules:
A guest, or immediate family guest, residing in Delaware or an adjacent county may play Delaware CC 6 times in a calendar year. This does not include outings and member-guest events.
Guests that reside outside of Delaware and the adjacent counties may play unlimited rounds provided they pay the standard guest fees or immediate family guest fees.
Dress code is in effect for all members and guests.
Any member may bring up to 7 guests per day.
1 member may bring 8 to15 guests per day with the approval of the golf professional.
1 member bringing more than 16 guests in one day must be approved by the golf committee chairman.
Golf outings:
Exclusive use by a group for a golf outing must be approved by the golf committee within the rules set by the board of directors.
Please contact the golf professional to plan your golf outing.
Service Fees:
Annual bag service fee is $110.00.
Full members receive 1 bag service at no charge.
Additional bags are $70 per bag.
Transitional members pay $120 per year for bag storage, range and locker rental, $180 for two golfer transitional members.
This fee includes cleaning after each use and loading/ unloading from cars and carts.
Golf Associations:
Delaware is a member of the Indiana Golf Association and the United States Golf Association.
Delaware offers a men's golf association and women's 9 and 18 hole associations.
All association members are automatically enrolled in our hole in one club. Each member is billed $2 when a hole in one is recorded. Members making the ace are rewarded with the funds.
Reciprocal clubs:
As a member of Delaware you may play the following golf and country clubs twice per season being billed only $20 including carts. All arrangements must be made through our golf shop prior to travel.
