Family Golf - 3 or more Golfers $320 monthly dues, $150 quarterly F&B minimum
Single Clubhouse $70 monthly dues, $180 quarterly F&B minimum
Family Clubhouse $90 monthly dues, $255 quarterly F&B minimum
Young Adult & Non Residents Members 39 years or younger, or Members that reside more than 2 Counties away will receive a 30% discount on monthly dues
2012 "Transitional Year" Fee A $10 monthly fee will be charged to all memberships during 2012
Categories
Single Single person at least 21 years of age. Family Families may select how many members are going to have golf privileges. Non-golfers in family can pay greens fees to play up to 6 times. All family members have pool and clubhouse privileges. Membership covers dependent children 23 years and younger.
Young Adult Defined as members 39 and younger.
Guidelines
Dues are paid monthly.
Food minimums apply per quarter. If a member spends less than the minimum in a given three month period, the difference will be charged to their account.
Previous Delaware members must be resigned for at least 12 months to join this 2012 New Member Program.
